I wrote a rebuttal article to this Advisory from the AHA in the journal CellR4.  Essentially you have to give therapeutic levels of EPA and DHA to get therapeutic results.  What is a therapeutic level?  Enough to reduce the AA/EPA ratio to between 1.5 and 3.
