Anti-Inflammatory Diet for Multiple Sclerosis

In multiple sclerosis, the myelin sheath, which is the fatty protective covering on the nerves, becomes inflamed. Over time, the inflamed nerves lose most or all of their myelin (demyelination) and inflammatory lesions develop.

It’s nice to see the popular press jumping on the anti-inflammatory bandwagon, but it would nice if they understood anything about inflammation. If they did, they would put forward a balance of foods that can scientifically show the reduction of inflammation.
