I think I have a track record on calling for a significant reduction of grains and starches since 1995. But replacing those carbohydrates with massive levels of fat (70% of calories), also makes no sense. A balanced diet is essentially a balance of protein, carbohydrate, and fat that generates consistent hormonal control. Any time you see the word “high” or “low,” then the diet is probably not balanced.
