Simple thinking leads to pathetic results. You need some carbs for the brain. Most credible medical researchers would state that is between 100-150 grams per day. Less than that, cortisol levels will increase to break down muscle into glucose. More than that, excess insulin is produced. You need a zone of carbohydrates. Maybe I will write a book on that subject.
