Eating Fish May Make Antidepressants Work Better

Fish is more than just brain food. New research shows omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil help antidepressants work better for those who need them. Lead researcher Roel Mocking explains that up to half of patients with depression do not respond to selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressants.
