Of the four supplements, it is the omega-3 (and especially the EPA) that is the most effective at therapeutic doses.  The reason that EPA is more effective than DHA is that it is more effectively transformed into resolvins in the brain and that resolves the inflammation that causes disruption of neurotransmitter signaling.
