Frequent, Brisk Walks May Aid Those With Early Alzheimer’s

Phys Ed For some people with early-stage Alzheimer's disease, frequent, brisk walks may help to bolster physical abilities and slow memory loss, according to one of the first studies of physical activity as an experimental treatment for dementia.

Exercise is fine, but reducing  neuro-inflammation is more  imperative. High-dose fish oil is one such dietary approach that can be undertaken today with proven clinical effects on reducing  neuro-inflammation.  Take your fish oil before you go walking.
