I totally agree with the first three items. In fact, they come straight from my books starting in 1995 with “The Zone.”  The ideal combination for controlling inflammation would be the PaleoZone, but “The Mediterranean Zone” is slightly less restrictive and therefore more easily complied with for a lifetime.
