This seems a pretty high-risk approach to me. I feel a safer alternative would be to infuse high-dose omega-3 fatty acids in the form of lipid emulsions to rapidly reduce the inflammation caused by the heart attacks and to speed up the resolution of the damage caused by the heart attacks.
