Moderately Following The Mediterranean Diet Cuts Risk Of Developing Depression, Claims New Study

The Mediterranean diet has racked up positive press for its well-evidenced link to improved cardiovascular health, and now a new study suggests that it's also the optimal diet to support mental health by reducing the risk of depression. The best news may be that the greatest benefits were associated with moderately following the diet as opposed to strict adherence.
