New Study Finds Lack of Exercise Is Deadlier Than Obesity

Walking for 20 minutes every day can reduce a person's risk of death by up to 30 percent, according to a new University of Cambridge study.

Even if you actively exercise, sitting a chair will erode most the benefits very quickly.  The best approach is actively exercising every day and never spending more than 20 minutes sitting down.
