Not Exercising As Bad As Being Obese

More and more research supports what you already know: Exercise is the most powerful healthy living tool you have in your fight against old age and disease. The latest findings, from a study in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, show that not exercising is basically as bad as being obese.

The fine print of the article defines moderate exercise as two hours a day.  That will be an impossible team for most and especially for the obese.  If you want to reduce a heart attack with the least effort, you should consider taking fish oil to lower your AA/EPA ratio to between 1.5 and 3 as in the Japanese population who have the lowest rates of heart disease mortality in the world.
