The basic way to reduce inflammation is adequate levels of omega-3 fatty acids and a lot of colorful, low-glycemic carbs (fruits and vegetables). Balance the carbs with low-fat protein low in saturated and omega-6 fatty acids, and you have an anti-inflammatory diet.
