The definition of healthy obesity in this study was low levels of liver fat (indicative of little insulin resistance in the liver).  This is best measured by the TG/HDL.  If the TG/HDL ratio is low, the excess calories will be stored in healthy fat cells that can easily expand.  If the TG/HDL ratio is high, the development of new health fat cells will be compromised and the excess calories will be deposited in other organs leading the lipotoxicity.  I explained this in much greater detail in my 2008 book, Toxic Fat.

One important thing is that if you are searching for a student loan you may find that you will need a cosigner. There are many scenarios where this is correct because you might discover that you do not use a past credit standing so the bank will require you have someone cosign the credit for you. Good post.
