Omega-3, Omega-6 Fatty Acids Enhance Reading Skills In Children, Study Says

The intake of fatty acids could improve their reading skills. The study was printed in the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry.

The data is very clear that if you dramatically increase the omega-3 and simultaneously decrease the omega-6 fatty acids, the resulting decrease in the AA/EPA ratio in the blood correlates very strongly with improved learning and behavior.
