Regular Walking Can Help Ease Depression

Although any form of exercise is good for easing depression, you will get the greatest effects in the least period of time during interval training.  It is harder than regular walking but far more therapeutic.  If you think interval training is too hard, then take up regular walking and supplement your diet with high-dose fish oil.
