Somewhat simplistic thinking. All carbohydrates are composed of some combination of glucose and fructose with a little extra galactose. The ratio of glucose to fructose has remained constant for the past 90 years. The problem is when you add excess omega-6 fatty acids to the mixture to increase inflammation.n
