Dr. Sears Comments:

Dr. Barry Sears
Traumatic stress can leave epigenetic marks that can be reduced by an anti-inflammatory diet.  However, I demonstrated in 2007 that high-dose fish (15 grams of EPA and DHA per day) is very effective in reducing the levels of symptoms of ADHD in children already receiving their optimal dosage of prescription drugs. It takes time to remove epigenetic marks by the diet, but the high-dose fish oil works within 30 days.
