The Best Fish for Your Health and the Earth

Fish has always been the best source for the animal-based omega-3 fats EPA and DHA, but as levels of pollution have increased you have to be very choosy about which types of seafood you decide to eat. If you're not careful, the toxic effects from the pollutants in the fish will outweigh the benefits of the omega-3 fats.

Unfortunately, the best fish (wild Alaskan salmon) to eat is also incredibly expensive.  The true best and less expensive choice is highly refined omega-3 concentrates that low (less than 5 ppb) in PCBs.
