Tracy Morgan’s Brain Injury: Recovery Can Take Years, Experts Say

Almost a year after the horrific traffic accident that wounded his body and injured his brain, Tracy Morgan says he is on the mend, although he still walks with a cane and has headaches and memory problems. "I have my good days and my bad days when I forget things," he told Today's Matt Lauer.

As long as the neuroinflammation continues in the brain, his recovery will be exceptionally slow and never complete.  A simple AA/EPA ratio test using a drop of blood would indicate the extent of existing neuroinflammation and provide the clinical insight into how much EPA and DHA are needed to speed up the process of brain recovery.  Time and computer apps don’t work very in this situation.
