If my math is correct, the brain training involved a diet consisting of 50% low-glycemic-load carbohydrates with primarily vegetables, 25% protein, and 25% fat. That sounds suspiciously similar to the Zone Diet. Harvard Medical School demonstrated 15 years ago that the Zone Diet reprogramed the satiety response with one meal. Not surprisingly the lead author of this study was also an author on that Harvard study 15 years ago.
