Treating Depression Before It Becomes Postpartum

Why not try killing two birds with one stone?  Take mothers with an AA/EPA ratio and give one group adequate levels of fish oil and the other a placebo. Then see what the incidence of post-partum depression is as well the cognitive health of the child is at 5 years.
