I wouldn’t call omega-3 fatty acids complimentary therapy, but primary therapy for depression.  The clinical trials with high-dose fish oil are more robust than with anti-depressants.  The only problem is that you have to use a therapeutic level of between 6 and 10 grams of omega-3 fatty acids per day.

    usually people dose not consider about fat they thing that we are just taking Omgea 3 which is the best supplimeant for health but does not thing about is dangerous fact which increase your fat


      Supplemental omega-3 fatty acids will add very little extra fat to your diet, but will decrease the inflammation in the fat cells that make it difficult to lose excess body fat as they will decrease insulin resistance in the fat cells.
