All of these sources contain short-chain omega-3 fatty acids that have no anti-inflammatory benefits until they are transformed into the longer chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.  Unfortunately, that is a slow and inefficient process.  However, the pictures in the article are very nice.
