When it comes to obesity treatment, one size doesn’t fit all.

'Calories in minus calories burned - simple arithmetic." For years this was what I told my patients with obesity. I encouraged them to work both sides of the equation; to cut calories while increasing exercise. When they didn't lose weight or lost and regained, I encouraged them to try again.
