This is why children wear bicycle helmets when learning to ride a bike to prevent concussions.  Maybe ice skaters should also wear helmets to prevent concussions from dangerous maneuvers.  Even though helmets have not been accepted in women’s soccer, maybe outlawing heading would be a better next step.
