Aspirin and EicoPro

Q: Recently I switched from OmegaRx to EicoPro. I would like to know if I can take aspirin with EicoPro.
A: EicoPro, which is recommended for serious athletes, contains the same EPA and DHA concentration as OmegaRx. The highest level of aspirin I would ever suggest is one- half of a baby aspirin (40 mg) per day. This low level of aspirin will induce the formation of powerful anti-inflammatory eicosanoids known as epi-lipoxins and resolvins. A standard aspirin contains 325 mg and is much too high and in addition inhibits the formation of epi-lipoxins and resolvins.
