More expensive food means greater obesity and disease

It should be obvious by now that the days of cheap food in America are coming to an end. As a result, everyone will start making economic decisions based on the price of food. One of the first things to go will be relatively frivolous food items such as Starbucks’ concoctions. Next in line will be organic foods, because of their higher relative price, and protein rich foods like beef, chicken, and fish.
