What are your thoughts regarding the use of full-spectrum Vitamin E and fish oil? Is there an added benefit?

A: The other tocopherols (especially gamma and delta) are more powerful anti-oxidants than alpha tocopherol. If you are taking any Vitamin E supplements, always use the full spectrum. However, polyphenols are more powerful anti-oxidants than full spectrum tocopherols.
