Fish oil adds new dimension

My twin brother was diagnosed with bipolar disease some years ago, and I noticed in
the last year or so I have been having the "highs," and but few of the "lows"
associated with the disease. It was not much of a problem, and I did not want to
take lithium, which seems to be the drug of choice.
I started the new Zone fish oil about two months ago to obtain the EPA and DHA for
my prostate cancer. (I have been on the Zone diet since 1995). Much to my
amazement, my bipolar problem went away.
Not only did my bipolar go away, but my blood pressure went down to normal. (My
doctor has been threatening to put me on blood pressure medicine for the last two
years.)
Hooray for Dr. Sears. Keep on keeping on.
