Title: Anti-inflammatory Medicine: The Role of Diet and Omega-3 Fatty Acids
 
Lead speakers: Dr. Barry Sears, president of the Inflammation Research Foundation and Dr. Carol Johnston, chairwoman of the Department of Nutrition, Arizona State University.
