Got ADHD? You May Live a Shorter Life, Study Shows

People diagnosed at 18 or older were more than four times likely to die young, compared to the general population. And, startlingly, the death rate for women with ADHD was about double that of men with the disorder. Many who suffer from the inattention and impulsivity of the disorder can speak intimately about its inherent risks.

There is no question that having ADHD is no picnic.  However, the best way to manage ADHD is to increase dopamine levels in the brain.  High-dose fish oil and exercise are two such methods that will have a better track record than amphetamine-based drugs like Ritalin.
