‘Healthy Obesity’ Is Mainly A Myth, Study Finds

There's been this idea in the last several years that it's OK to be obese as long as you're otherwise healthy. Some studies, including even this one earlier in the week, have suggested that for certain people, obesity may not be such an important issue in long-term health, as long as you have good cholesterol, blood pressure, insulin sensitivity, and triglyceride levels.
