Surprisingly balanced article, however, there are great differences between short-chain omega-3 fatty acids (like alpha linolenic acid in chia seeds) and long-chain omega-3 fatty acids in salmon. Ideally, you want your AA/EPA ratio to be between 1.5 and 3.
